Seriously, I do not think that either condition or sexiness are directly related to age, though there is a correlation.
On a bus going to Brighton, when I was about 57 I met a lady of 72 and she was both in good condition, and sexy because she was 'alive', but there are many that look half dead at 40.

Some women (and men) always look (and act) old before their time. I can't stand that, and indeed it's so unsexy! You see them often on TV talent shows, and after divulging their age, you think to yourself 'Jeez, you're the same age as me, but look older than my dad!' However, yes, some older men and women can still have sex appeal at an age where that wouldn't normally be expected.
For a women, things such as, class, self-confidence, femininity and how she dresses and 'carries' herself [deportment, as it was once called], especially if she still has a nice figure (with curves in the right places), can make her 'sexy', well into her latter years, even if she's not necessarily blessed with natural good looks.
The problem these days is that even among younger women, few possess those qualities - they've either got self-esteem issues, or suffer from some other form of social media-related personality disorder, parental neglect, and/or are more butch looking than Desperate Dan!:doh:
Common as muck/thick as mince, pint-swilling, ill-mannered, jogging bottom-clad, tattooed 'ladettes', with more 'issues' than an army of homeless people selling copies of The Big Issue, are not sexy - at ANY age!!:nono:
