So then, 2021 and cars. Firstly, I need to get the Range Rover’s coolant leak fixed. First fault after 8 months - hopefully no more!
Secondly, whilst tidying up the garage last week, I couldn’t help noticing that there’s a nice car-sized space free in it. Once my late mum’s estate is divided between my sister and me, plus I’ve done the sensible mortgage/pension/savings/investments stuff with most of it, I feel a four-wheeled toy is called for.
I think I have made my decision and the candidate is not subtle, quiet, slow or, god forbid, diesel-powered. Additionally, the only electric motors in it are the ones for the windows! ;)
It also has a lovely connection to my wonderful mum. Sadly with all this lockdown stuff going on, I don’t know when I’ll be able to get things moving.
