Yes, that is the earlier, first series Ditton 15. I wouldn't recommend them as party speakers. They were called the Ditton 15 because they only handled 15 watts (which was about average for a speker this size in the early seventies). Later ones could take a bit more power. They are quite efficient and can go pretty loud though, but it would be a shame to blow those lovely HF1300 tweeters. They are one of the most revealing moving coil units ever made and with a nice valve amp the Ditton 15 can sound remakably good. Geoff.
