Rasps were lovely.. candarel instead of sugar.. rice crispie type cereal the wheaties on bottom

Ok...Today's scran, chez-Marco. First up, a simple scallop and pea gratin, served in their shells, with a pea and mint crème fraîche, topped with breadcrumbs and parsley:

Followed by Gloucestershire 'Old Spot' pork chop in a fresh mustard, crème fraîche and cider sauce, with garlic, onions and capers, served with fresh asparagus, green beans, wholegrain mustard-infused cauliflower and rosemary roasted potatoes:
