I remember the 80W class A power amp that the pre amp you used was seperated from Frank, talk about a monster :eek: It had the same kind of reputation as the pre amp :eyebrows:
Tannoys in what looks like home built cabinets :scratch: could be good though :D
I was surprised how good Eagle amps sounded after listening to a couple in the 80's. A guy I worked with then was the son of the owner or managing director (can't remember which of the two it was). The A8500 sounded particularly good, but never registered in WHF etc. It's a cracking amp for a 2nd system, especially at that asking price.
