That's a German pressing, yeah? Bet it sounds absolutely great.
Dunno. The record pic was generic..the poster one is mine. Think its American Capitol from memory but has the apple logos like pic. Initially was going to put up a cover but as its white and backgrounds white :eyebrows:
PS it is a nice recording sonically

I've waited ages to get my hands on this, and it was in the mail when I checked the box this morning. Quite an aggressive surround mix, which is perhaps revealing that my surrounds are a bit hot. Think I may need to create a new 'music surround' scene on the Yamaha. Nice three-dimensional mix and a bags of ambience.
^^^ Loved Split, the first Hogs I ever owned.. I can remember them doing "Cherry Red" on Top Of The Pops.. :D
Great band in the day.... Mighty hogs is my fav; still got the vinyl but the rest are gone
I have the original vinyl of this recording which is excellent, as well as the CD. The SACD is probably an extravagance, but the surround version is very nice indeed. Is this one due on 180g? I've got the Music on Vinyl 180g double album of the movie soundtrack which is beautifully done and comes in a lovely heavy plastic envelope. I may well be obsessed with West Side Story. :)
Think it is that double I was looking at. the normal cd version of your scad was available too. I dont now do scad

Couldn't recommend this highly enough, Grant, for a West Side Story on 180g vinyl. There's the original 'Columbia Masterworks' logo on the sleeve concealed by the sticker, and the labels are reproductions of the USA six-eye Columbia ones (if you care about such things).
