The B139 was also used in the Cambridge R40 and P50 transmission lines and in the Hi-Fi Answers transmission line kits. I had a pair of R40s for many years and they were excellent speakers.

I have just given away a pair of Dittion 44's to a friend. One HF2000 tweeter was blown. I suggested that he fits a pair of cheap Audax tweeters from JPW Mini Monitors, he did this yesterday and is very pleased with the sound. His other speakers include Quad ESL63's, Tannoy Monitor Gold 12", B&W DM2's, some small AR's and some small vintage Mordaunt Shorts.Quote:
