Sometimes (rarely in my experience) you can just push the pins out but usually they need a little persuasion with the hammer (better that the pins are tight, means the bracelet is more secure).Quote:

More of a fake than an homage but I don't think Panerai have ever made a watch like this. Bought from the long since defunct 'Poshwatch' website this is about 15 years old and surprisingly still fully functional (other watches I bought from this site have long since failed / fell to bits).

yeah. its an odd strap. think its because of the way its seated in the lugs. personally if i felt more confident i'd change it. I do have something similar but more nato esque.. (similar colour) , coming...
