I don't give a toss about what collectors like or don't like. The only collector I'm concerned about is me.
Collectors have a fetishism over things that simply don't matter: spelling errors on some sleeve notes; vinyl that is coloured other than black; inserts, etc. They would be tumescent over a Charlie Byrd record I have - the record labels are on the wrong side: what should be side A has the centre label for side B, and vice versa!

To you. If it gives them pleasure then I wish them the very best with it.
By the same token, I'm not going to keep stickers on the sleeves of the records in my collection simply because it might affect the resale value of the record.
I buy records to listen to. If at some time I tire of the record and no longer want to keep it, I give it to a charity shop, I'm not interested in selling it.
