One of my oldest Seikos, don't wear it much as you can't hand wind it, it relies on you moving a lot to keep it wound and prevent it stopping. I put it on the watch winder last night ;)

Yes, if set wrong they do become agitated. The latest OS is very much more controllable fortunately. I've got mine set up just right. :)
