Yes, I think so. More in a Mind Bomb way than an Infected way but with the same on point, incisive lyrics. Very well recorded and great dynamics. My only slight grumble is that 2 or 3 of the tracks start off well and then morph into slightly softer, over produced (Trevor Horn style) songs, which doesn't really suit Matt Johnson vibe.
Worth owning though, imo.
I never really took to Mind Bomb like I did with the two that came before it, and I don't think I've played it in three decades. If I get chance tomorrow I'll dust it off and give it another go. Regardless, his new album is on my Christmas list.Quote:
