You start with oil cleansing followed by a foam cleanser.... It works perfect for me...and my skin...
I said I'd never be grey haired so I get my lovely hairdresser to do their magic.... currently have blonde and copper streaks ... love it...;)
I actually don't know how 'grey' I am but I just don't want to go there...
My regime is identical, although I use a pumice stone to buff down the boils!:D
