Bizarre, but it seems to work from the same principle of main arm beam and sub-arm, each with a couterweight. He's not asking much, so someone might get a good toy to play with.
It's a shame that the SME 'shell is a fixed part of it, as something a little more sturdy is called for. Will probably suit MM carts.
Definetley don't need anymore speakers but was intrigued whether these were considered to be any good?

The Rs range were good. Definitely worth a punt for £30.
Especially if they're chucking the Luxman power amp in to the deal!
I've sent them a message. What the hell, can't lose on the speakers and I may want to take a look at the Luxman.
