Just had a wee glancette at your Gallery thread. They look great. Not surprised that they sound good too, as pretty much anything Telefunken do is superb! You can't beat the best of the oldies! ;)

The 1994 CD. Cranked. Really cranked. Well, loud for an old guy :)
Just got the hi-res downloads of the new John Mayall CD Find a Way to Care, which is out on September 4th on Forty Below Records. File I have been sent are 16/88 and sound pretty good. The record company say they will send the CD and vinyl when available, though the LP is coming out later. It is a really classic bit of Blues and a great return to his roots for JM, well worth a listen.

The Yes Album - because I never really gave them the credit they deserved , 40 years ago , that I should have!!
In other words ,buying all their early albums because I was too busy with Deep Purple , Genesis
That's a very fine record Anto. I'd not listened to Yes much in the last 20 years. But after reading that Chris Squire had died recently I started listening again. I never liked Tales From a Topographic Ocean and anything following that, but much of the earlier stuff I'm finding is great. And yes, credit where it's due.
