...I've had some shit ones too, the Bose MS1s are OK as rear AV speakers, but as a main stereo pair nooo! And the Maurdent Shorts I had were woolly indeed.

I'm really struggling to remember, would have been bought new about 1988, cost around £150, stand mounted...MS? :scratch:

I thought today was Tuesday, nearly set off for a meeting, so remembering 88 is a bit of a struggle :(

I was running them with a Linn Axis/BASIC+/MP11 & CYRUS 1, but I found them a little soft.
