That's the beasties, I need a pair for my Step Up Transformer, I plan to use a 100k pot across the output to match cart to phono stage then measure the resistance and then I can use the t piece to change resistance when I change carts.

That didnt come out very clear did it.

Using RCA plugs with a resistor in them in parallel with the output RCA lead.
