Have you heard them? I didn't like them a lot myself. Fair bit of 'woody' colouration lower down. Top end was adequate though.Quote:

I've heard that Audax bass driver in various applications and don't really get on with the sound it makes. As I say the upper end of the SD1 was OK, but I heard the bass cone colouration. Maybe they revised the design (crossover?) along the line and those are better.Quote:
