It may not match everyones pocket, i got it for free from a supplier but i think it's around £40 a bottle The Dalmore 15, if you like a good single malt i'd highly recommend it:cocktail:

cant be done. Folk tried with beer and it failed miserably. I'd agree a valium type effect is probably closest to alcohol from the established set of old school rubbish drugs i.e. toxic ones.

This stuff is good. I thought it looked good but refrained from trying it for ages. The others in the range from Brew Dog are worth a try too.

It sure is! Nice contrast to The Balvenie 21 year-old Port Wood. Just as smooth, not quite as rich, but rather 'creamy' and warming all the same - love it :)

port wood is great, but i cant drink muck of it. a bit rich. that 16 is very good, or was last time i tried it. TBH I dont partake much these days, which is good for me health and my bank balance :D boring tho
Lagavulin is one of my favourite tipples.
apart from laphroig, what would be an extremely peated recommendation? i need to change a bit. i tried recently a new, DTF only johnny walker line called "island green" and it was quite heavily peated but still elegant but i missed to buy it since i was in rush not to miss my flight. any recommendations?
Caol Ila 12 Years, or if you want even more then Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Islay Barley is awesome
Bowmore 17 or Ardbeg 15 have a nice peaty flavour without going over the top.
Caol Ila is nice but not typical of the other Islay whiskys.

If so, you may find that some of the red wine has perished... Also, check the dates. Most red wines sold in supermarkets are designed to be drunk young. They simply don't keep well for any more than 3 years. After that, it's quickly downhill all the way to becoming vinegar!
If you take a close-up picture of the wine bottles/labels, I can advise you of what needs drinking ASAP and if anything needs chucked :)
