Yup, and that's always been the case. Plus, with the whole country now slowly moving towards a complete lockdown [and yes I think that's the way things will go], using hand gel in public won't be necessary, as we'll all be at home!
Such as? I'm just curious about what you've read, in that respect, and the source.Quote:

Well as I am supposed to stay at home for 12 weeks and not go out even for food I would like to know what I am going to eat as I cannot book a Tesco home delivery even in 3 weeks time.[emoji1781]
Don't you have any stocks of dry food and tins, Adrian? Rice, pasta. soups, etc?
Even before this whole thing started, we've always kept significant stocks of such for an emergency. And are the takeaway restaurants, pizzas curries, Chinese, etc, still trading?
Marco.
It is in the post - avoid Ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory drugs. Some top French Medical bloke.
Vitamin C - doctor from Wuhan.
Gargling - the virus spends approximately 4 days in your throat before getting into your lungs.
Drinking hot drinks is also supposed to help kill the virus.

Also, for folks like Adrian, who are effectively now housebound for 12 weeks, they should consider employing the services of their local dairy. Most areas will have one or two, many of which will not only deliver fresh dairy products, bread and eggs, but potatoes, fresh veg and fruit, and also some meats - all delivered to your door.
We currently get most of our dairy products delivered from ours, and in the current climate are considering availing of more of their services!:)
Adrian, check out here for example: http://www.medinadairy.co.uk/
Grant, you should check to see what's available in your area.
Marco.
That is assuming there is anything left in the supermarket.
Our local supermarket shut today, as people started fighting over products, apparently.
Pretty sad state of affairs to get into.
