This album was selling quite cheap (about a tenner iirc), and is not a 180gm pressing, but the production is first rate.
I've been a big John Martyn fan since his folk days. Had to come to terms with his morphing into jazz - especially in using his voice as an instrument by slurring the words: "Walking on solid air", sounded more like "walkin' on sausages". And towards the end of his sadly short life, it was difficult to catalogue his musical style, most of which I didn't like.
He will be sadly missed. RIP John.
