That one looks like a long-sleeved t-shirt or a 'goonie':D
Did you watch the video on the potential health benefits of coffee?
Marco.
Can Improve Energy Levels and Make You Smarter. ...Can Help You Burn Fat. ...Can Drastically Improve Physical Performance. ...Contains Essential Nutrients. ...May Lower Your Risk of Type 2 Diabetes. ...May Protect You From Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. ...May Lower Your Risk of Parkinson's.
the key words are can and may... But yes it is, in moderation, very good to drink imo...
Indeed, but problem is... Only BLACK! Apparently, even the slightest bit of milk negates pretty much all of the benefits of the coffee beans:doh:
Marco.
Guessing it may be a bit iffy of an idea then
Not sure why a drop of milk would do that.
Anyway, health benefit ot not I will continue to have my 1 or 2 a day.
Apparently the proteins in milk bind to the flavonols in coffee, which dilute its inherent antitoxin effects. So if you wish to experience the health benefits of drinking coffee, the less milk, the better, and preferably none.
That's my 'bucket-sized' morning cup of cappuccino out the window then!:D
Marco.
Wot? No coffee picture this morning? Don't tell me that's put you off!;)

Anybody used coffee masters beans?
Hi Kevin,
Yup, the beans are pretty good and the company offers efficient service, but their roasting dates tend to be a little old and not as recent (and therefore the beans as fresh) as those of other suppliers. No doubt Grant or Justin will be able to give you some good reccos.
I generally like to use local suppliers who roast regularly in-house, so I know that the beans are as fresh as possible and don't havre to travel far, then stick with them when I find a favourite. In that respect, I use Poblado Coffi, who are based in Snowdonia: https://pobladocoffi.co.uk/
Their beans really are top notch and they ship worldwide:)
Surely though, there must be some good suppliers local to you in France?
Marco.
the Poblado Coffi are good. mostly using wogan at moment, but will be getting more when i need some.
