I would rather watch paint dry than listen to some of the stuff people listen to on here but, I accept we're all different and like different types of music, and that's fair enough by me!! The earlier stuff is a total pop music direction/vibe (courtesy of S.A.W.) but, as you say, her later stuff is a lot better.
My latest Crimson acquisition, another minter off Ebay, I like these 80s EG editions.

I'm glad I've inspired you enough to give it a go  and I'm glad you quite like (half of) it. I've listened to Tension and I think it might be an album that slowly grows on me; it has a lot of mixed influences in it - some I like, some I dont. To me, I think Kylie is one of those artists who is more of a "Great Singles Artist" than a "Great Album Artist," somewhat like The Police.
By the way, having the album hand-delivered to my home by Kylie herself would be VERY, VERY NICE !! ;)
I agree. About The Police too. After streaming the whole of "Tension" earlier, I might not be wanting Kylie to hand-deliver it after all. But she's welcome to pop round anyway for a brew. I'll just need some notice so I can run round with the hoover and get some Jaffa Cakes in :)
So we start the morning with some serious groove and musicianship. Featuring many of his composition and arrangements for popular TV shows of the time.
