A complete change, so next up this awsome third album from this American singer, pianist and songwritter. Her limited success in the early 80's was to change in the late 80's following her contributions to Tears for Fears International chart topping album Seeds of Love. Last we finish with vinyl and this original release pressing from 1981. Featuring the now iconic track Start Me Up which reached number 2 on the US Billboard chart. Produced by the Glimmer Twins (Jagger and Richards) and featuring a host of famous guest muscians including original Stones founding member Ian Stewart along with Billy Preston, Pete Townshend, Sonny Rollins, Michael Carabello, etc. We should also mention the who's who of technical collaboration, Glyn Johns, Andy Johns, Keith Harwood, Bob Clearmountain and Bob Ludwig et al.
The album sales only went Gold in the UK and most other territories except 2 x Platinum in Australia and 4 x Platinum in Canada and the US !
