Lol - if I want something badly enough, especially a top-notch piece of music, price (within reason) doesn't matter.... I'm not a tight arse.
Well, given that you buy a lot of second-hand CDs, you obviously get to know the good and the bad sellers :)

I used to buy loads of used CDs from zoverstocks - shipped from foreign parts, so takes a week or so, but always good quality.
I stream now and just buy the occasional magazine CD in charity shops for 50p or £1 (generally not available on streaming) and charity shop LPs. :)

Lol. Or even a Sargent... ;) He's a rather talented and well-respected conductor.
It's a lovely piece of music (beautifully recorded in 1959), and somewhat different from Shosty's 7th! :eek: I've probably got around 1000 solely classical albums now on vinyl, from various composers (mostly on desirable vintage labels) - all minty, 95% of which were bought from antique and second-hand shops, mostly for £1...
That's where a good RCM becomes invaluable! :)
