Santos espresso.
Nice as espresso - not very intense but easy, smooth and really quite pleasant.
Not a high crema coffee.

Yeah it's fine it's just not a "mass producer". The Peaberry gives a lot more.
No bitter after taste. I think it does better as a relatively light tasting espresso. It hasn't the bite to cut through milk IMHO.
Grant suggested using the bigger basket , So I did , This has improved the flavour ( obvious really as twice as many beans )Quote:
