a bit pale.. are you putting a load of milk in? or is your extraction wrong.. show us your shot without milk in. might give an idea, plus a pic of the baskets. TBH you shouldnt be fitting 2 baskets together. it will screw up the pressure thus then extraction.

The bottom left looks like it's a double. I'd use that one. Grind at as rough as you can while still bring in the espresso range and tamp well at about 25lbs.Quote:
