Released last week together with a memoir of the same name about her parents murder/suicide when she was 14 (father killed her mother with a shotgun then shot himself, in case you didn't know). Something both her and sister Shelby Lynne have previously avoided commenting on musically. Very moving album, I like it a lot - need the book now.

Beautiful flat and quiet pressing. first impressions are crystal clear bottom end but a little sparkle missing from the top but I'm gonna enjoy myself wading through both albums and CD's before some a/b listening between the 40th /50th and pink original.

I'm constantly gobsmacked by these remixes, done in the late 70's pre digital the guy was inspired. A long time dessert island is the 11 min disco biscuit version Of Harold Melvin's "Don't Leave Me This Way" I despised the 7" back when as Disco Shite, now I can see the error of my ways.... :D

mp3 isnt bad but might rip the vinylas it will likely have more depth and bass will be better.
