Beautiful record this, Pure Pleasure Analogue have re-released several of Mary Black's albums using the original masters I believe and the quality is superb. If you like contemporary folk then this is a must have IMO.

For a young guy with little records behind him, I think he was about 26 when he died, he was put in rolling stone's top 100 at 87 i think.
There is a cool and relatively funny film of the stealing of his corpse so his final wishes could be done. Grand Theft Parsons. Lol
