cheers... yes there was a decent crema formed there. You wont do better without pressure really.
Yeah, it's about the best I can get it from this pot. The new African beans seem to add a bit more crema though, and also a rather pleasant red cherry/milk chocolate note, which leaves a gorgeous aftertaste - I'd highly recommend them [Uganda Rwenzoru]!:)

Cafe Colombo. We arrived at the wrong time at 5pm. 50 yard queue outside. You needed a ticket to get in!!!
So we went in the plebs side which was immediate entrance.
We'll go again to another one.
Amazing place as I think you can see.
That's a Cappuccino Colombo. That is some sort of adulterated cream. It tastes amazing.
NOTHING like any cup of coffee I have ever had anywhere. It is famous here. For a reason.
To be strict, the adulterer cream permeates the coffee so it doesn't taste like coffee. But it is any amazing drink. Portequese custard taste tasted great too.
Plenty of other coffee choices in there. I have a pretty decent video may post it.

Looks fabulous, Justers, both the coffee and the place! Although queues and crowds would put me right off, so 'pleb entrance' sounds like the one:)
Yeah, I know those Portuguese custard tarts well, as I have them in the deli in Wrexham (run by a Portuguese family), and made fresh every day. If they do a sweet white port in Brazil (as they serve in Portugal), then next time try a custard tart with that, as they compliment each other perfectly!:cool:
