just the sizes you get with a mobile are less adjustable. i put that through imageshack which helps a lot

wand seal is gone. easy enough to replace usually. pennies hopefully for the washer. may even have got a bit of grit etc under the seal and its not now sitting flush. Lots of crap in our water supplies these days
Oddly it happened after I ran some descaling solution through it. Seems like it screwed the washer, which seems hard to believe.
a bit of scale maybe. washer is either cracked or just unseated; either way replacing is the answer. a bummer tho. maybe get a big magnesium filter jug and use that for water. it should stop need for descaling.
Water up here is pretty soft so no need to descale here, but i filter it anyway as the magnesium inproves the coffee by a huge margin
