A Plea.

Not sure if this is in the right section, mods please move it if it isn't.

Anyway, no names mentioned, but if someone posts you an item you have purchased, and you promise to let them know when it has arrived, please keep the promise as it is rather worrying when you are waiting for an acknowledgement and it doesn't arrive.

Luckily most carriers enable you to tell when a parcel has been delivered, but sometimes that is rather slow, for example I checked on my recent sent items, and it showed nothing until yesterday, days after it was received and signed for!
