More proper looking lasagne, nice and solid. Why can't shop-bought lasagnes look like this?
No, that’s pretty much the only thing bought, but of course you can take off 2 hours for simmering and baking time.
Last night’s roast beef with yorkshires, roast potatoes and 9 different veg - that might be a new record!

Salmon, with air fried chips, leek, sweetcorn and diced carrot.
A couple of mandarin oranges for dessert.

On a bed of spaghetti, freshwater prawns in a tomato and basil sauce, steamed red pepper and green beans. Looks a bit of a mess but it tasted fine.
A large navel orange for dessert.
