Cheers Steve, I was pleased it wasn’t sloppy like the last one I did! It is a labour of love, though, 4 hours from starting the preparation until we sat down to eat - I guess shop ones are done by machines, but you would still think they could make them solid!Quote:

On a bed of spaghetti, freshwater prawns in a tomato and basil sauce, steamed red pepper and green beans. Looks a bit of a mess but it tasted fine.
A large navel orange for dessert.
