One question, Are your mounting collars exactly the same outside diameter as the standard ones that come with the Jelco?
The reason i ask, my Armboard (Sound Support) turned up today and when the Jelco is fitted there isn't 1mm of spare space.

The custom collar's radius is greater by exactly 1mm than the original - this was done to accommodate sunken bolt heads. If there's not 1mm clearance at the edge and no way of carefully machining or filing some metal away, then you will have a problem.
