Before you go unplugging stuff Mart - I'll stick the speakers in the car this afternoon and let you know how we're fixed for space - the speakers really aren't giant, but the boot isn't very wide. If you have something chunky, like a spare quilt, we could maybe stack them on top.Quote:

For the the first (and only) Art of Sound get-together, I brought some Quad 510 monoblock amplifiers to drive some Quad 57 esl Alan had brought along. Whilst I did not hear the pairing as some of us were having lunch, the combination was well received by those that heard them.
Just as well, as that combination is what I use at home.

Those Zu Omen speakers are large: no wonder you had difficulty taking them. Were they powered by Martin's Krell amp?
