So he was only about twelve when I started reading the Beano. I bet all the Bash Street Kids will all be retired by now too.

Plug died when he crashed his Ferrari. The teacher probably dead by now too, he wasn't a young man even back then.

Dennis would have been about 23 when I started reading it then. Although I preferred 'Commando - War Stories In Pictures' to Desperate Dan and all that.

Yeah 'Commando' was ok, and a handy pocket-size, but Beano had this!
