For Sale - Radford "BOOKSHELF" Speakers

With some nice clean grilles and the cabinets lovingly restored, they'd look superb (and I suspect sound superb), too! :)

Where the hell is the tweeter?? Is there a view with the grills off?

I like almost any speaker with the HF1300. Three of my pairs have them and if it weren't for the Quads, I would happily have any of them as my main speakers. My brother lives in Bristol. Must have a word with the wife!!!

These are very well made and use decent drive units. They may need a slight refresh of the X-over caps by now but for £100 are well worth the money!

I believe the tweeter is set in front of the B139, or very close


to the bass / mid. driver. The same size ( except for the depth of the cabinet ) as the Tristar 90 . These speakers have the drivers quite close together on the baffle. Martyn Miles
