Myself and Geoff have monarchy dips. I have the older version and use it with a monarchy dac. Its a great bit of kit. Thats a good price for the newer version

I was browsing this ,when it struck me , how exactly the same the rear of the arm was , to my HMV 8000 deck ,and a Ferguson belt drive one I have too !!
They both have s shaped arms, ( Shure M75-6S carts )which I find much more appealing
Turns out to be a BSR incarnation in NAD colours :)

quanta 700. was the bsr version. if you take em out of the ghastky plastic plinth and pop it into something better they are ok actually

got a set of 737r's that are a more modern version. mine are in great nick but those for 20 notes is a pretty good buy. nice sounding speaks..real wood vineer so getting the water mark out will require a bit of work

Some very big and rare Tannoys for somebody a bit handy.

Bet they still go for a bomb even though they are knackered. Make a lovely set once fettled mind but will cost a bit. Dunno what a recone costs?
