Your pics lack resolution and focus IMHO. Though the subject material is usually good to very good.
I shove the coffee under the spotlights deliberately BTW to get the best result. The cost is colouration in the colour:D And glare.
Ok, fair enough... However, remember I'm only using a cheap £90 Canon digital camera, which is now about 8 years old, so I'm not surprised there's a "lack of resolution and focus"!:D
Don't think it would hurt though, to try photographing your coffee under alternative light conditions, perhaps somewhere different from the norm, and then let us see the results?:)

I just use my phone. Can't be bothered pulling the Canon out for one shot. Lazy I know but it's not a bad camera on phone and does 19m pixels. Downside is it needs good light to get best out of it

It's just toast, dude... Btw, for reference, the jams are all handmade, from Thursday Cottage. One is Strawberry with Champagne, and the other is Apricot. Out with of homemade, I've not tasted better jam! Juice was fresh peach, the Compal stuff from our local Portuguese deli, which is fab - like sucking the juice out of fresh peaches:)
