Few new updates from my side.
First off, is that I've started using a Hario Skerton hand grinder (ceramic burrs), and buying whole beans. Will never buy pre-ground again. Am currently using a V60 dripper for my hot cups (much better than the Aeropress), and have also started cold brewing with a 1L Hario Mizudashi. I use a fine grind for the V60, and a medium grind (80g of beans) for the cold brewer.
fresh ground beans make a huge difference. the aroma off them alone is worth the work.:)Quote:

Yeah for sure it’s quite a workout hand grinding, especially on a fine grind!

Cold brew. 80g of the El Salvador beans. Perfect for mornings when I can’t be arsed to make a coffee. Needs at least 12hrs in the fridge, up to 24hrs.
