I have just ordered an Espro tamper to take a variable out of making coffee, and to make it easier for the wife.
I also have a bottomless portafilter coming to identify where any faults lie.

Got the new coffees. Taken out some of each and reseated packets leaving the breathe hole intact. It's as usual for climpson. Light roasted. Smell delightful
