Yesterday's royal concert line-up was predictable in its turgid mediocrity. 'Special Guests' Sir Cliff and Alan Titchmarsh no less, were included :). I'm surprised Adele wasn't there (as far as I know), that would have really rounded off the insipidity.

I would have taken them back where I bought them but the shop no longer exists. Nor does the building it was in for that matter.

Of course Denim then was real denim - as thick as cardboard! I had a pair of flared Brutus Gold Jeans back in 1977, the denim was so stiff they stood up on their own when I took them off.Quote:
