Not sure I get the similarity between The Doors and Echo and the Bunnymen, I also like both. I had never considered The Doors lyrics to be poetic but maybe that's just me. Lyrics and the poetry is a tricky thing, it varies so much, sometimes a song is just sentences making observations, other times it has depth and meaning in the words used like poetry.Quote:
