Bohm really kicks in to the opening orchestral movement with vim & vigour, a very exciting interpretation that the original instrument boys don't get close to :thumbsup: and vocal bass/baritone soloist is a genuine joy to behold. A stunning recording and a very long time fave of mine.

Not familiar with that disc, but I do like Martin Best's work. I used to joke that I was a fan of 50s music, the 1150s :lol:
