Yep, feel like I need to go and put a shirt, suit & tie on as opposed to the crappy old polyester shorts that have split at the crutch & sweaty grey t shirt I'm actually wearing :)

Like that too
A new favourite I think.
Might wear this one a bit more often now I've put a more comfortable strap on it (£3 from ebay, intended for a Samsung smart watch but fits this well)

I've been looking at some really interesting videos on YouTube showing watch repairs, restoration and servicing. They give you a real appreciation of the skill and imagination behind the original design and build and the talent and skills of watchmakers. They also show why servicing and repairing watches is not cheap.
These are very interesting.

I've been heavily into watches, and horology in general, for many moons. But as with many hobbies, I've grown tired of them recently. I have a dozen or so sitting in drawers, but I only wear one which is a Precista Speedbird 3, from Eddie over at TZ.
I've had nigh on a 1,000 watches in twelve or so years, but this one is perfect in every respect for me.
ETA 2824-2 movement, 39mm diameter, clean and clear dial and a bracelet like liquid metal. I recently had the handset painted white (instead of the standard metal) and I had the hands lumed with the brightest stuff available.
Wouldn't bother wearing anything else these days.

Nice nod to the Pilot watches on the dial, like it.
Thought Seiko’s lume was bright...jeez!
Yep, it’s a proper flieger this one. Not too pricey at £500 either. And yes, it puts Seiko lume to shame.
SKX "Pepsi" on a matching blue "Navitimer" strap.
