One point to note is that if I made that with my old Gaggia Classic, it would have been close to undrinkable. Far to high an extraction pressure for true espresso. Works with the Rocket.
That said, the Gaggia's higher pressure worked well with variations on milky coffees. It some ways I miss it. The new Gaggia machines are quite different, though, apparently, which has people searching for the old ones.
As good as it gets here usually 3/4 Red, 1/4 Black to give a bit of bite. No Crema or whatever you call it :ner:

Good looking cafetière coffee, John. I like a nice one of those now and then. Much lighter than an espresso, but if done right, still rich and tasty!:)
