Can't beat a proper cooked breakfast made for you. :) A programme late last night showed that a cooked breakfast (bacon & eggs) kept hunger away for longer than cereals or fruit/yogurt options. I've always believed that anyway.
Thought you said you had to be up early? That's the middle of the day that is! I bet Del was threatening to chuck your Weetabix in the bin, and you were pretending to be up by banging your fist on the bedroom floor :)Quote:

Don't do cereals, soz, as I don't like plain milk. I can take it in other things, no problem, but not on its own. For breakfast I usually have some fresh fruit, and/or toast (using crusty Polish bread) with butter/jam, and some fresh orange or peach juice, with a nice frothy cappuccino.
I was taking my car into 'my man', who's half an hour away in Oswestry, to have a new JBL sound system fitted... Well, I say 'new'. It was bought new in 2015 and fitted into my previous car, and removed before I got rid of it, and so far hadn't been fitted into my current car. The whole lot is still minty!:)

The difference this time is that the sub will be removed from its enclosure and put into a custom-made housing, located near the spare wheel. Pics to follow (on a separate thread), when the job has been done. Hopefully there will also be some pics of 'work in progress' too, up until that point.
Looking forward to it, as it sounded SUPERB in the old car!! :cool:

Looks pretty good - I bet it makes some nice sounds. Only problem is you won't be able to hear the engine and exhaust, so you may as well be driving an electric car :D
Ladder in the corner of the garden is a clever touch - looks like display shelves for plants, but I'm betting it's how you sneak off to the pub when you're meant to be mowing the lawn. :)

Yeah I noticed that pub in a pic you posted a while ago. It looks like one of those soulless two-for-one places that are EVERYWHERE these days, where you can get two plates of crap for the price of... two plates of crap. Apparently they cook their steaks in something called a 'Merry Chef' which sounds like something you would buy in Argos, and probably is. :( Still, their 'Wacky Warehouses' look like fun, if only I was 55 years younger.Quote:
