OK I know that's only nine but that's all I have ever owned since getting into hi-fi in 1978.

Three last ones :
- OB1 (nice but power hungry),
- SHL5 (very nice but I fancied a change),
- Devore Gibbon 88 (current, soooooooooo nice !!!)

Mission 70's the original ones

Celestion SL6 the original copper tweeter one still in use and still great

Celestion SL600 awesome vocals but bass what bass !

B&W Matrix 805 with Slate Audio stands these are still remembered fondly

Sonus Faber Alecta Amators 1 and 2 with Iron Wood stands and a Gravis Subwoofer

The 2's and Gravis are my current speakers and won't be replaced untill funds allow for Wilson's or Martin Logan's Yes I know they seems a odd choice for either or !

Yes I had a pair of SL600Si for a couple of years and the bottom end was surprisingly good.

I bought my mint pair from a dealer in Watford for £200 and later sold them on eBay for £700 to a guy who was desperate for a set, not bad going really. He was happy and so was I.

Well the 600's did have some bass but not what I had from the 6's even with the Cliff Stone dedicated Foundation stands. I sold my pair to a friend who had bought a pair of 6000's cheap. Now if anyone tells you bass is not directional try listening to well set up 600's with 6000's it's a revelation !

The two that stick in my mind are, strangely, the biggest and smallest I've ever owned: my current Tannoys and a pair of Harbeth P3s.
