When the tea is ready you
Place it on your cup or mug
And the tea comes from under it.

Milky Oolong Tea
https://i.postimg.cc/TYFLf7Xc/002.jpg
One of the most unusual tea specialities in terms of production as well as character and is produced almost entirely by hand in the Province of Fujian. Immediately after withering the moist leaves are heated for a short period in milk water steam, which conserves the pretty, lightly olive-green leaf and cup.
I've been drinking too much coffee of late, so I'm going to drink more fine tea. I have about a dozen leaf teas to choose from, but I doubt if I will post many photos as the various teas look similar: it's the taste that differs and that cannot be shown in a photo.
Guava Tea
From the esteemed Satemwa Estate in northern Malawi comes this delicious interpretation of a Lapsang Souchon. The tea leaves are lightly smoked over guava wood during the drying process to infuse an aromatic smokiness and a well-balanced light tarry flavour that doesn't overpower.
