Really nice tuna... £80 is definitely the top end of its value but that fascia is unmarked...

Agreed - nice tuner. I used to have one and liked it although it could be a bit spitty at the top end unless fed with a good signal.
Anyway, how can you not love a tuner with VU meters?!
That tuning dial too  I prefer Naims green backlight but the Denon definitely has a 'warmer' feel to it.
... Not eBay but definitely bargains http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/sh...-receiver.html & http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/sh...amplifier.html
Definitely one of the top 3 receivers I've owned http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NAD-160-Re...5826a6eca#shId
Best be quick though, they normally sell for £120ish
Seventies Nikko receiver. Nice!

I was blown away with mine. A superb tuner.
Wonderful opportunity for someone here - speakers
These are more than just speakers - they are fine pieces of furniture too.
.....oh hang on a mo'.....actually I think they may once have been parts of a piece of furniture.......no, they're definitely speakers......no, they're a pair of drawers......just what the hell are they?
They are portable speakers you dafty:ner:.
Sorry Stan, I didn't mean to put people off your auction!
Im very fond of my one,but I have no idea about the hinges on the lid as I just don't have any!! Ive asked the seller to send me a pic of the back so I can have a look...anyone else know? there are no holes in the lid so it looks like is was some kind of a stick on hinge:scratch:

Everyone said they were crap but I always liked them
He's advertised some Sugden amps but it looks very much to me as though there is a Source turntable (missing the outer platter) thrown in with the deal.
Yes, plenty of photos of the electronics but only one of the TT - he barely acknowledges it's existence!
O right sorry yes. If he fits a different arm to that deck that is actually a very good system.. The bidding does not look promising which is criminal..
Nice-looking Rotel system on eBay, BIN seems very reasonable to me:

Is anyone else having trouble with ebay. The back button or the back to search results won't take me to the previous page. It means that having viewed an item I have to type in a whole new search. Most irritating, any ideas for a fix?
Thanks James I'll try that. It is happening on two computers though.
Thanks for that Nick. Tried on IE and no problem. I was using Chrome. James, crikey, that CCleaner, I don't no whether I could trust myself with it. It looked like I might completely wipe clean my computer!
CCleaner is fine, useful too. I run it once or twice a week. If you don't want to use that run 'Disk Cleanup' in system tools under accessories in your programs. It'll clean up the clutter on your computer. It's part of your Windows package and will do no harm.
