You may like their stuff but the gambling man probably finds a better source at the expense of a few hiccups on the way.
Oh I fully agree, although I don't know about 'boring'. Thing is, I still haven't quite found my 'goto' beans yet, which I know will give me exactly what I want, day in day out.
Once I find those, I'll experiment and go off the beaten track more, to find the real gems:cool:
I'm also reluctant to make too many mistakes [stuff that doesn't deliver the right taste], and end up with jars full of coffee beans I'll never use...

Just made myself an 'espresso', with the Moka pot, placed on top of the wood burner in the lounge... I was surprised at how quickly the coffee brewed, and it tasted fab!:)
I guess that's one way to save electricity.....
